Shipping Info

We do not charge anything for regular postage, or you can opt to pay $10.00 per order for express postage Australia-wide. Items are sent from Perth, WA so can take up to a week to get to the East Coast, but you should expect to receive your regular postage order within 10 working days and express postage order within 3 working days.

All deliveries include online tracking with Australia Post.

International postage is a flat rate charge of $25.00AU worldwide and orders can take up to four (4) weeks for delivery.

Returns

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased or exchange for another item or size. Please contact us via the site’s contact form, email us at info@plussizeactive.com.au or phone 1300 799 461.

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
